The May Membership meeting will be Thursday, May 11th, 9:30am at the Broken Yolk Cafe, 2434 Vista Way, Oceanside. At our May monthly meeting we will be hosting a representative from Arc of North County. Arc provides a variety of services for people with disabilities such as vocational training, work opportunities and community integration. They also have a Seniors program that includes nutrition information and physical exercise. The goal for both programs is to provide self-help skills that enable clients to become more independent.
